Mobile Tip: Convert Your Website to Mobile Viewing

We have been working on converting onxo from Blogger to a domain name we own and we are working to make it as perfect as possible before unveiling it.  At the time time, we are also working in an iPhone version as well as a mobile phone version.

The mobile phone version.  There are billions of phones with small screens uses a rudimentary browser that supports basic html.  WAP, wireless application protocol, is what enables our digital phones to gain access to certain WAP-enabled sites.   As a non-programmer, I don't know what how difficult that would be.

We've found a way to make it very easy as it turns out.  Let's meet mippin, their motto:  make it mobile.

After signing up for a free account, it has to be free and remain free, simply input your URL, make a few customized changes if you wish, provide the name of your website, and you're set to go.

What is great is that it provides a preview just as what it would look like before you submit the information.

Not only that, if you're looking to make a quick buck, Mippin, you can opt to place ads on your site.  I imagine this is how mippin makes it money.

It was so simple to use, I don't know why other website services have not offered just this tool for the hundreds of millions of websites that can benefit from mobile warriors surfing the web.

If you give mippin a try, let me know what your experience is.  More extensive review later this week.

Note:  The mippinized Onxo site is  http://mippin.com/on-xo.
