XOHM No Longer Exciting

I'm not sure I like WiMax any more with Sprint having yet to fold on their restrictions.  T-Mobile sort of folded under public outcry with their 1GB 3G limitation.

The Inquirer has now chimed in on this issue.  And more to follow.  As with any issue that affect mobile warriors in general, Onxo is following up.

Essentially, Sprint believes it is allowed to do what Comcast was chastised by the FCC for doing for limiting access earlier this year.  I don't know what made Sprint think no one will notice or have an issue with this.

Just to recap, Sprint will monitor usage and limit certain applications like file-sharing (even legitimate ones - yes, there are legitimate reasons for file sharing) and VOIP.
