Verizon Readies Troops For War on Apple

By now, you should know Verizon is prepping for an all-out war on none other than the iPhone.

But if I'm not sure it's the right thing for Verizon Wireless and I think there is even less reason for RIM to go head-to-head with the hard charging iPhone right now.  Because if the Storm does not match up with to the iPhone, they may lose all the goodwill the Blackberry brand has garnered over the years and more.

Here's why we think this is a bad idea.
