Dude, that was fast.
The good folks at iPhone Dev Team has already released the new jailbreak tool for iPhone 2.1. I haven't tried it as there is nothing new in there I need immediately.
Anyway, here it is. Given the recent scare Apple is putting on folks due to the nature of app rejections, I think the reasons for the existence of jailbreak communities are pretty good.
While I understand Apple's position, I'm not crazy about it. Anyway, something for you brave folks to try over the weekend.
